Medical & Research Disclaimer
What this platform is — and what it is not.
Longevity Stack is an educational publication. Everything here is information, not medical advice, and nothing on this site constitutes diagnosis, treatment or a recommendation for you personally. We do not know your history, your medication or your conditions. A qualified clinician who does is the person to talk to before you change supplementation, diet, training or anything else.
The calculators
Every tool on this site produces an estimate from population-level data. Applying a population association to one person is approximate by nature, and none of these outputs is a clinical measurement. A biological age figure is not a diagnosis. A reference range is not a threshold your doctor will treat against. An interaction check reflects our own data, which does not cover the full drug-interaction literature and cannot know what you are prescribed — if you take medication, a pharmacist will check this properly and it costs nothing.
Peptides and research compounds
Peptide content is educational and describes what the research literature reports. It is not instruction, encouragement or a protocol to follow.
Most of the compounds covered here are not approved for human use by the MHRA, the FDA or any comparable regulator. They are sold as research chemicals, which means no regulator has verified their purity, their dose accuracy, their contents or their sterility. Independent testing of consumer peptide supplies has repeatedly found products that were underdosed, misidentified or contaminated. Long-term human safety data does not exist for most of them, and for several the theoretical risks — angiogenesis in the presence of an undiagnosed cancer, for instance — are serious.
Injecting an unregulated substance carries risk that no amount of reading removes. If you choose to do it anyway, do it under medical supervision, with baseline bloodwork, knowing that the legality of possession and import varies by country and that many of these compounds are prohibited in tested sport.
Get help if you need it
If you have symptoms that worry you, contact a doctor rather than a website. In the UK, call 111 for urgent advice or 999 in an emergency.
Accuracy and corrections
We cite sources so our claims can be checked, and we grade evidence so you can see how much weight each claim carries. We still get things wrong, and the science moves. Grades here go down as well as up. If you find an error, tell us — corrections are made and dated.
