Step 4 · Your stack and action plan

Blood Test Tracker

Put your numbers in once and each one is placed twice — against the lab range that decided whether you got a flag, and against the tighter range used in preventive medicine. The gap between them is your list. Your results never leave this device.

Everything here stays in your browser. Blood results are among the most sensitive data you have, so this tool has no server to send them to. They are saved on this device only, they are not in an account, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Your plan

Add a set of results and this becomes a plan: which markers to work on, what the evidence says moves each one, and when to retest.

Don't have results yet?

This explains, it does not diagnose. It reports where your numbers sit against published ranges and what the research says about each marker. It cannot see your history, symptoms or medication, and it is not a substitute for a doctor who can. See our medical disclaimer.

Numbers in? Close the loop.

Read up on what each marker means, work the plan above, and retest on the schedule each marker needs — that second reading is where you find out whether any of it worked.
